The host is used for the purpose of fulfilling our contract with prospective and existing clients (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and in the interest of secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offering by a professional provider (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host. It ensures that visitors' personal data is processed only on our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
Server log files
The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are:

- operating system used
- referrer URL
- host name of the accessing computer
- time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. It is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of this website, and the server log files must be recorded for that purpose. The data is deleted automatically after a short period.
Contact form
A form is available on the pages “Contact”, “Start a project” and “Website audit”. The details entered there — name, company, email address, phone number, subject, time frame and your message — are processed on our own server and delivered to us by email. The data is not passed on to third parties.
To prevent automated submissions, the number of submissions per IP address is limited over time. For this purpose the IP address is stored solely as a non-reversible hash value for a maximum of one hour and then deleted automatically. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protection against misuse (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Your enquiry is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where it relates to the performance of a contract or to pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future.
The data remains with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent, or the purpose for storing it no longer applies. Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods under commercial and tax law — remain unaffected.
Contact by phone or email
If you contact us using the phone number or email address given, your details will be stored in order to process the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The same legal bases and deletion periods apply as for the contact form.
No cookies, no tracking
This website uses no cookies and no comparable recognition technologies within the meaning of § 25 TDDDG. There is no reach measurement, no web analytics and no conversion tracking. Services such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag or comparable tools are not integrated.
Fonts, icons and maps
For consistent presentation we use typefaces (Alan Sans, Inter, JetBrains Mono) and icons (Phosphor Icons). These are stored locally on our server and delivered from there. No connection is made to third-party servers such as Google Fonts. No map application is embedded either.

In our portfolio we link to websites we have designed. Clicking such a link takes you off this website. The respective operator is solely responsible for data processing on the target pages. Third-party content is not embedded automatically — external pages are loaded only after you actively click.
