What we do
and how we do it

Five crafts and one operating model, all out of the same house. The advantage does not show at the start of a project but at the seams: when the visual identity has to work inside the shop, when product data should come out of the ERP, when the work continues after launch.

Web Design & Development

Websites and shops that generate enquiries, not just good looks.

  • ·Concept, design and technical build
  • ·WordPress, Shopware, WooCommerce or static
  • ·Technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA
  • ·Hosting, email infrastructure, maintenance

Over 35 websites live, from a district authority to a marketplace

Brand & Corporate Design

Positioning, visual identity and every application of it.

  • ·Brand strategy and positioning
  • ·Logo, colour, typography, layout grid
  • ·Stationery, brochures, trade fair presence
  • ·Brand manual you can keep working with on your own

Identities including the manual third parties can build on

AI Automation & Systems

Processes that keep running once the project is over.

  • ·n8n workflows, API and webhook integrations
  • ·Local LLM infrastructure instead of cloud prompting
  • ·Product data upkeep, quoting flows, document processes
  • ·Server environments with Docker and reverse proxy

Local LLM infrastructure instead of cloud prompting where the data demands it

3D Visualisation & CGI

Product imagery without a photo shoot, in every variant.

  • ·Product and packaging visualisation

  • ·Batch renders for whole ranges instead of single shots

Entire product ranges rendered instead of photographed one by one

Process

How we start

Start small, work scoped, quote firmly. Only once scope and technology are settled is there a fixed price. Before that, any number would be a guess.

01

First conversation

30–45 minutes

Free and without obligation. We listen, we ask, and we say plainly whether we are the right fit. Afterwards both sides know where they stand.

02

Concept phase

2–4 weeks

Scoped, with a defined outcome: structure, design direction and technical framework. It ends with a fixed-price quote for the build, not an estimate that grows later.

03

Build & operation

6–12 weeks, then ongoing

In stages with fixed sign-offs. Handover includes source files, manual and credentials. Anyone who wants to keep going afterwards gets fixed monthly capacity.

Smaller jobs too

Not every task is a project. Adjustments, campaign material, individual renders, artwork or technical help we take on as a scoped job, without it having to turn into a months-long engagement.

  • ·Extend or repair an existing website
  • ·Make someone else's designs print-ready
  • ·Supply individual product renders
  • ·Derive campaign visuals from the visual identity
  • ·Automate one workflow
  • ·Server migration or email infrastructure
Before you commission

What buyers ask

How does a project run?

First conversation, then a scoped concept phase with a fixed-price quote for the build. After that, delivery in stages with fixed sign-offs. No open-ended timesheets.

How is a quote arrived at?

The first conversation is followed by a scoped concept phase. Only once scope, technology and schedule are settled do you get a fixed-price quote for the build. We don't name a ballpark beforehand, because without knowing the project it would be worth nothing.

Can you be set up as a supplier?

Yes. We are registered with a D-U-N-S number and invoice electronically to EN 16931, in XRechnung, ZUGFeRD and Peppol BIS. We sign framework agreements, NDAs and data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR. You get the complete documentation for your supplier review on request.

Who owns the results?

On full payment all usage rights transfer to the client. Source files, brand manual and credentials are handed over. No dependency on us as a contractor.

What about data protection and AI?

We work with local LLM infrastructure instead of cloud prompting where the data demands it. Processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are standard. AI involvement is disclosed under Art. 50 of the EU AI Act.

Do you work for agencies too?

Yes. Part of our work runs as an extended workbench for communications and PR agencies that don't keep a design or engineering department in house.

How quickly can you start?

Concept phases usually begin within two weeks. For ongoing work we hold fixed monthly capacity.
