Scoped, with a defined outcome. It ends with a fixed-price quote for the build, not an estimate that grows later.

In stages with fixed sign-offs. One contact, nothing handed off to third parties, handover including source files and credentials.

How does a project run?
First conversation, then a scoped concept phase with a fixed-price quote for the build. After that, delivery in stages with fixed sign-offs. No open-ended timesheets.
How is a quote arrived at?
The first conversation is followed by a scoped concept phase. Only once scope, technology and schedule are settled do you get a fixed-price quote for the build. We don't name a ballpark beforehand, because without knowing the project it would be worth nothing.
Can you be set up as a supplier?
Yes. We are registered with a D-U-N-S number and invoice electronically to EN 16931, in XRechnung, ZUGFeRD and Peppol BIS. We sign framework agreements, NDAs and data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR. You get the complete documentation for your supplier review on request.
Who owns the results?
On full payment all usage rights transfer to the client. Source files, brand manual and credentials are handed over. No dependency on us as a contractor.
What about data protection and AI?
We work with local LLM infrastructure instead of cloud prompting where the data demands it. Processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are standard. AI involvement is disclosed under Art. 50 of the EU AI Act.
Do you work for agencies too?
Yes. Part of our work runs as an extended workbench for communications and PR agencies that don't keep a design or engineering department in house.
How quickly can you start?
Concept phases usually begin within two weeks. For ongoing work we hold fixed monthly capacity.
